Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent authorities to restore the supply of fair price shop of the petitioner for village in question along with restoration of its supply in pursuance of the order dated 16.2.20019 of respondent no. 2.
Pursuant to the order dated 7.11.2019 of this Court personal affidavit of the District Magistrate, Saharanpur has been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that supply has been restored, therefore, present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as infructuous in the light of the order passed by the authority concerned restoring the supply.
No order as to costs.
