This is the bail cancellation application of the bail granted to respondent no.2 in Case Crime No.1447 of 2017, Case No.14085/9 of 2017 u/s 328, 376D, 506 IPC PS Kotwali Nagar District Muzaffar Nagar.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
Contention is that respondent no.2 has been granted bail and immediately after his release on bail, threats are being extended by him to the applicant, aggrieved against which the present bail cancellation application has been filed.
No case for cancellation of bail is made out. Accordingly, the bail cancellation application is rejected.
However, liberty is given to the applicant that in case at some future stage of time any cause arises, he may file fresh bail cancellation application.
