The petitioners, who are the accused in L.P.No.11 of 2009 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate’s Court-II, Perinthalmanna, has sought for a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate’s Court-II, Perinthalmanna to enlarge the petitioners on bail on their date of surrender itself. Such a relief cannot be granted by this Court. This Crl.M.C is not maintainable, hence, dismissed.
