Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Jeet Bahadur Singh has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.4.
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the orders dated 15.12.2017 passed by respondent no.1 in Revision No.2016020000350 (Shahjahan Begum v. Amar Kali); dated 2.3.2016 passed by respondent no.2 in Appeal/Case No.T 201602030979 (Shahjahan Begum v. Amar Kali) as well as order dated 1.4.2010 passed by respondent no.3 in Case No.49/90/01/119 of 2010 (Kashi Prasad v. Dulare).
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and does not find any infirmity or illegality in the orders impugned. The petitioner has not raised any such ground which may warrant interference under Art.226 of the Constitution of India.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed.
