Heard Ms. Annapurna Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AGA for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 17.12.2018 registered at as Case Crime No. 1787 of 2018, under Section 379 IPC, Police Station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad.
The impugned first information report has been lodged against unknown persons alleging theft. It appears that during the course of the investigation, a person has been arrested and from whom the complicity of the petitioner has been ascertained.
In view of the above, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. The petitioner is at liberty to apply for bail.
