Heard Mr Vijay Kumar Misra, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in this writ petition is First Information Report relating to Case Crime No. 256/2010 under Sections 323/504/506/498-A IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Haliyapur, District Sultanpur, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. Further, they prayed for staying the arrest of the petitioners, in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.
Learned A.G.A. submits that since sufficient material was found against the petitioners, charge sheet No. 45/2010 dated 20.8.2010 has been submitted to the Circle Officer concerned. Since then, it is pending disposal.
Accordingly, the Circle Officer is directed to dispose of the charge sheet in accordance with law, within a maximum period of one month, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
