Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hathras to decide Original Suit No. 588 of 2011, Shahida Begum Vs. Krishna Gopal within a stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hathras to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
