JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
An affidavit has filed on behalf of D.I.G., Lucknow is taken on record.
It has been stated that petitioner Shahid alias Tejpratap was arrested on 02.06.2010 in case Crime No. 1/2010 under Section 41/411 Indian Penal Code and thereafter sent in jail under judicial custody.
Keeping in view the statement and affidavit filed by D.I.G. and without prejudice to the right available under the law no further proceedings is required in the matter. Writ petition is dismissed.
