By the communication dated 07.09.2017, DGC Meerut has informed the petitioner that the District Magistrate, Meerut had refused to extend the temporary appointment of the petitioner as DGC (Criminal) in Meerut.
We do not find that any interference is required in this matter.
However, it will be open to the petitioner to file a representation for redressal of his grievance before the District Magistrate, Meerut.
Subject to the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
