Application is allowed.
Let the 6th paragraph order dated 16.8.2018 be substituted with the following paragraph:
"For a period of six weeks from today or till the applicant no.1 surrenders and applies for bail whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against him. However, in case, the applicant no.1 does not appear before the Court below within the aforesaid period, coercive action shall be taken against him. This interim protection shall automatically cease to have any effect after expiry of the aforesaid period."
Let the last paragraph order dated 16.8.2018 be also substituted with the following paragraph:
"Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1237 of 2017 (Sajida Khatoon Vs. Shahid Raza and others), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 IPC, P.S. Parasrampur, District Basti, pending in the Court of ACJM Ist, Basti, shall remain stayed in respect of applicant nos. 2 & 3 only."
This order shall form part and parcel of order dated 16.8.2018.
