Heard Shri Sharad Sharma holding brief of Shri Vikrant Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
It appears that the petitioner had filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 8035 of 2014 (Shahid Hussain & 3 others Vs. State of U.P. & 9 others) and this Court by order dated 10.2.2014 disposed of the petition with the direction that against an encroachment decision has to be take by the authority concerned, but in spite of the order dated 10.2.2014 no decision has been taken so far.
It is to be noted that there is already an order in support of the petitioner, as such, no fresh orders are required. The authorities are duty bound to comply with the order of this Court passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 8035 of 2014.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
