It has been pointed out by Sri Arunendra Kumar Singh, learned AGA that the Officers of the Narcotics Control Bureau were also part of the team which raided the go- down and on the basis of the report thereof, the first information report has been lodged. As such, Narcotics Control Bureau would also be a necessary party to this application.
