Present petition has been filed seeking direction the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner in regular pay scale deeming him to be regularized as per the government order dated 28.12.1995 and in the time to pay full salary from the Akasmic Fund as per government order in this regard.
The petitioner claims that he was appointed on 2.8.1992 in Indrashan Singh Swatantrata Sangram Senani Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya Pachwas, district Basti.
On the basis of instructions learned Standing Counsel states that the college itself has come into existence on 28.4.1994 and as such the petitioner has filed incorrect facts. It was further submitted that the appointment in such Rajkiya Mahavidyala is made on the recommendation of the U.P. Public Service Commission and as such the petitioner cannot be granted any relief.
In such view of the matter, I find that the petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
