Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
Applicants- Shahbaj and Ahsan seek anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 515 of 2020, under Section 354-Kha, 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Saidpur, District Ghazipur.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and he is ready to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail in the aforesaid case, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above directions, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
