The prayer in the present petition is to issue a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to undergo Special B.T.C. training course for Urdu teachers conducted in the year 2005.
It is contended that the petitioner had participated in the selection for undergoing aforesaid training course. However, after the screening was done in the year 2005, the petitioner was not allowed to participate in the counselling.
On a pointed query made by the Court as to what was the petitioner doing in these years, the answer is that the petitioner had got an information under the Right to Information only after much efforts in the year 2014 and then in the year 2017.
Be that as it may, in view of the fact of the Special B.T.C. training course conducted in the year 2005 had been concluded, no direction can be given.
Mere filing of the representation for a period of 14 years cannot be a ground to condone the unexplained latches on the part of the petitioner.
The present writ petition is found misconceived and hence dismissed.
