Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
The appellant has preferred this intra-court appeal against the judgment and order dated 29.4.2019 by which the writ petition of the petitioner was dismissed.
The petitioner in the writ petition claims that he should be allowed to undergo Special BTC Urdu Teachers Training Course conducted in the year 2005. The writ petition was filed in the yer 2019 ie. after 14 years of the conclusion of the Court. Accordingly, the Court has declined to interfere in the matter.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as the writ petition was filed after 14 years if the writ court has refused to exercise the discretionary jurisdiction in the matter, we do not find that any illegality has been committed.
The appeal lacks merit and is dismissed.
