From the instructions placed by learned Standing Counsel which are marked as "X" for the purpose of identification, it is evident that the petitioner has been inflicted as many as 10 adverse entries.
Surprisingly, there is no disclosure of these adverse entries in the entire writ petition. It is therefore, apparent that the petitioner is guilty of suppressing material facts.
The writ petition is dismissed.
