It is alleged that the order of the writ court has been violated.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out wilful and deliberate disobedience of the writ court order.
The contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to assail the order dated 19 October 2019 passed by the opposite party in compliance of the writ court order, in accordance with law, if aggrieved.
