JUDGMENT / ORDER

CMA No.31176 (W) of 2009: Application for Recalling the Orders dated 16.9.2008 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice U.K. Dhaon and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Satish Chandra in non prosecution.
Grounds seems to be sufficient. The application is allowed. The order dated 16.8.2008 is recalled. Petition is restored to its original number subject to cost of Rs.200/- to be deposited in this Court within two weeks which shall be remitted to Oudh Bar Association for the purpose of Library. In case cost is deposited, the petition shall be listed before the appropriate regular Bench in the next cause list.
