The petitioner complains about the functioning of a Goat Farm close to her residential house allegedly without obtaining any license from the Panchayat authorities. It is the case of the petitioner that, the petitioner has already submitted Ext.P6 representation before the sixth respondent. She seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P6. Adv.M.R.Arunkumar appears for the fourth respondent. According to the counsel, the Goat Farm has not been granted consent by the Pollution Control Board. 2. Since Ext.P6 is pending consideration of the sixth respondent, it is sufficient that the same is directed to be considered and disposed of without delay.

This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the sixth respondent to consider the grievances of the petitioner set out in Ext.P6 representation, in accordance with law, if W.P.(C).No.18393 of 2014 2 necessary, after conducting an inspection of the site at which the Goat Farm is alleged to be conducted and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner as well respondents 7 and 8.
