This application u/s 482 of Cr.P.C. has been moved seeking directing to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, District Kushi Nagar to implement the order dated 22.05.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.18416 of 2012 (Usman Ali Ansari vs. State of U.P. and others) and to pass appropriate orders on the protest petition filed by the complainant against the Final Report No.18 of 2012 arising out of Case Crime No.500A of 2011, u/s 147, 148, 149, 352, 336, 504, 506, 427, 153A I.P.C., P.S.-Kasya, District-kushi Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, District-Kushi Nagar.
Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. and also perused the record.
This Court does not feel any need to pass any direction. The present application appears to be superfluous and therefore stands dismissed.
