The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent-2 and 3 to exempt the loan of the petitioner under UP Debt Relief Scheme 2017.
The petitioner has moved an application in this respect before Branch Manager as well as before Collector.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Branch Manager to forward the application of the petitioner to the competent authority for deciding the application of the petitioner within two weeks and the competent authority shall pass an appropriate order in it within six weeks thereafter. In case the petitioner is found entitled for waiver of loan under UP Debt Relief Scheme 2017 then the amount for which he is entitled for waiver of loan, shall be adjusted in the loan account of the petitioner.
