1. The present application is for condonation of delay of 53 days in preferring appeal against the judgement and order passed by the Reference Court in LAR Case No. 474 of 2009.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the application for the condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and therefore, condoned.

4. Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
