On 29.12.2011, this Court records that there were possibility to explore settlement between the parties and, therefore, time was granted till today. Learned Advocate Mr. MA Parekh for the appellants states that because of one person who claimed to be the Mediator between the parties, unfortunately the talks for settlement between the parties could not be materialized. He states that if the matter is kept on 23.1.2012, the parties will utilize the time to finally settle the disputes and resolve the entire matter. Hence the matter is allowed to Stand Over to 23.1.2012 to enable the parties to resolve the disputes.
