This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents specifically respondent nos. 2 and 3 to implement the order dated 15.9.2017 passed by District Magistrate, Azamgarh in relation to registration of FIR/case under section 120-B I.P.C., P.S. Deedarganj, District Azamgarh against respondent no.5-Anand Kumar within a stipulated period.
The prayer made in the writ petition is wholly misconceived. The petition lacks merit. It is accordingly dismissed.
However, it will be open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy available under law.
