JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice returnable on 27.8.2012. Learned advocate for the appellant submits that the impugned order dated 31.7.2012 was stayed till 9.8.2012 vide order dated 31.7.2012 passed below Exh.33 and the same was extended till 20.8.2012 vide order dated 9.8.2012 passed below Exh.34 which may be further extended till 27.8.2012. He produces copies of the orders dated 31.7.2012 and 9.8.2012 which are ordered to be taken on record.
In view of the above, the order passed by the trial Court below Exh.34 dated 9.8.2012 is hereby extended till 27.8.2012. Direct service today is permitted.
