JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri D.R. Yadav learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A.
The applicant is dangerous to the safety of the country. He was arrested along with Pakistani passport, negative photographs and various other secret documents. He has been convicted under the Official Secrets Act.
At this stage, I do not find any reason to grant bail to the appellant. His bail prayer is declined and is rejected.
