Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus commanding opposite parties 3 and 4 to register FIR on the basis of complaint made on 24.12.2009. Since the petitioner has got remedy under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., this writ petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. Order Date: 11.01.2010 Chauhan/-
