JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] By order dated 10.09.2012 (Coram: R.M. Chhaya,J.), it had been recorded that Mr. Rameshbhai Harishchandrabhai Chokshi who poses himself to be a Power of Attorney holder of private respondents Nos.4 to 7, states that he will take the services of an advocate in the matter. Today, Mr. Rameshbhai Harishchandrabhai Chokshi is present in-person. He has drawn the attention of the Court to the reply filed by him in the vernacular language, on behalf of respondent No.7, which is at running page No.62. He has produced a document purporting to be a Power-of-Attorney, at page No.65.
[2] Shri Rameshbhai Harishchandrabhai Chokshi cannot be permitted to appear on behalf of respondents Nos.4 to 7 as a Power-of-Attorney holder. In any case, Shri Rameshbhai Harishchandrabhai Chokshi has stated before the Court that he will take the services of an advocate in the matter. Instead, Shri Chokshi has filed the affidavit-in-reply, without permission from this Court. The same cannot be taken into consideration [3] Let fresh Notices be issued to respondents Nos.4 to 7, making them returnable on 25.1.2013. They may make arrangements to defend the case.
