It is stated that the papers of said civil application is not traceable in the Registry. The Civil Application was filed for bringing the heirs of deceased Chandravalidevi Rathi on record, who was appellant No.5 in the appeal.
Request of the re-construction is allowed. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
