Mr. Triloki Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 5556 of 2017 (Shafqat Nabi Khan vs Alok Kumar, Commissioner Food & Civil Supply Deptt.) and also the order dated 09.05.2017 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 20153 of 2017 (Shafqat Nabi Khan vs State of U.P. through Principal Secretary, Food and Civil and 3 others) have been complied with. The orders passed in this regard are brought on record.
Mr. Mohammad Waseem, learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with.
In view of the compliance of the orders passed by this Court, no cause for the instant contempt proceeding survives.
Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed.
If the applicant is aggrieved by any of the orders passed by the authorities, it is open for the applicant to take appropriate remedy.
