~~~~~~~~~~~ Antony Dominic, J. Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that her husband, Sri. Niyas Muhammed, is being illegally detained by respondents 3 and 4. In pursuance to the orders passed by this Court, the parties had appeared before this Court on 9.5.2014. Though from the submissions made it was evident that there was not a case of illegal detention, still, inorder to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement, the parties were also referred for mediation. A report dated 30.5.2014 received from the Mediator shows that the mediation also has failed.
In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
