Heard Sri Gopal Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Vipin Kumar for respondent nos.2 and 3.
Contention of the petitioner is that he was appointed as daily wager on 10.9.1990 on the post of Electrician, but till date he has not been regularised.
Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Petitioner will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List after expiry of four weeks.
