The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Shafiq Ahmad and Naeem Ahmad , with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 316 of 2018, under Sections- 420 I.P.C., Police Station- Janakpuri, District-Saharanpur, during pendency of trial.
Learned AGA has pointed out that charge-sheet has already been submitted against the applicant, which fact has been concealed in this case.
Application is accordingly dismissed on the ground of concealment of fact.
