Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur to consider and decide the Case No. 4204 of 2017 and 5810 of 2017 (Shafiq Ahamed Vs. Praveen Kumar Srivastava), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur to consider and decide the Case No. 4204 of 2017 and 5810 of 2017 (Shafiq Ahamed Vs. Praveen Kumar Srivastava), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
