JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“I) Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders in Exhibit P9 to P16 appeals at the earliest and the 1st and 2nd respondents may be directed to keep in abeyance all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P17 to P32 notices till then in the interest of justice.
II) Any other relief that this Honourable Court may deem fit.”
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted Ext.P33 petition for stay (produced along with I.A. No.17519/2014) before the 4th respondent which pertains to Ext.P16 appeal and the prayer is only to cause the said I.A. to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time. It is also brought to the notice by this Court that Ext.P16 appeal arises from Ext.P8 assessment order for the year 2011-12 and Exts.P24 and P32 are the corresponding proceedings under the R.R. Act in this regard.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
4. After hearing both the sides, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to consider Ext.P33, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Coercive steps, if any, shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment including the I.A., along with copy of this writ petition before the 4th respondent for further steps.
