Heard Sri Amit Rana, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ronak Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.G.A.
Learned A.G.A. as well as learned counsel for the informant have stated that on the basis of X-ray report and supplementary report the case has now been converted under Section 307 I.P.C. In view of it, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the present application may be dismissed as withdrawn and he shall approach the Sessions Judge for anticipatory bail under Section 307 I.P.C.
The present Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
