JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Vijayakarthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make a representation to the competent authority under Section 110 A of the Customs Act, 1962.
3.If such representation is made, the same shall be expeditiously considered and disposed on merits in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of that representation along with a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
