Heard Sri Ram Krishna holding brief of Sri Amit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners contend that they had supplied hot cooked food under ICDS Scheme but the payment is not being released.
In view of the aforesaid, we accordingly dispose of the matter directing the petitioners to make an appropriate application before the Director, Bal Vikas Sewa and Pushtahar, respondent no. 2. If such an application is filed, the authority concerned will consider the same and take an appropriate decision within six weeks.
