Learned standing counsel has accepted notice for opposite parties no.1 and 3.
Sri Rahul Shukla has accepted notice for opposite parties no. 2 and 4.
By filing this writ petition the impugned order dated 21.12.2013 has been challenged.
Thus is apparent that the cause of action of this writ petition has arisen much before vacation. Therefore, I am of the view that there is no urgency to entertain this writ petition in summer vacation.
Counter affidavit may be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.
List in the last month of July, 2014 as fresh for hearing.
In the meantime, opposite party no.4 may decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
