JUDGMENT / ORDER

----------------------- Petitioner is the owner of dealers licence. The validity of the the licence was up to 31.3.2014. The petitioner approached for renewal of licence. It seems that Tahsildar also recommended the renewal of licence as per Ext.P10. It is on account of the delay in considering the application the petitioner has approached this Court.
In view of Ext.P10, there shall be a direction to the Geologist to take immediate steps to renew the licence. Needful shall be done within a period of two weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of.
