The petitioner was aggrieved with the seizure of the vehicle pending proceedings, for alleged operation of contract carriage as stage carriage. The vehicle was released as per the interim order of this Court. The proceedings are said to be still pending which was directed to be expedited. In any event, since no surviving grievances are projected in the writ petition, the same is closed reserving liberty to respondents 5 and 6 to approach the appropriate authority, if there is any similar violation in future.
