Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Solicitor General of India for the Union respondents.
Sri Om Prakash Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the only obstruction in the release of education allowance is that the name of the petitioners is not included in the Service Book. He further states that in case the natural guardian of the petitioners approaches the second respondent by way of a detailed representation within a period of two weeks from today, their prayer for inclusion of their names in the service book shall be attended to and disposed of in accordance with law and in any case within a period of one month therefrom. He further states that the prayer for release of education allowance shall abide by the decision to be taken for the inclusion of the names of the petitioners in the service book by the second respondent.
The petition is disposed of in light of the statement accorded above.
