Smt. Shabnam petitioner No.1 appears in person before the Court. She has been identified by Sri Ram Mohan, Advocate. She claims herself to be major. In support of her age she has filed her Aadhar Card, in which her date of birth is mentioned as 10.7.1998. She states that she has voluntarily married to Saudan Singh petitioner No.2.
In view of the statement of Smt. Shabnam petitioner No.1, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 0637 under Sections 395, 363 & 366 IPC and Section 8 POCSO Act, PS- Kotwali Dehat, District- Etah till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
The petitioners shall co-operate with the police during investigation.
