Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Shivam Yadav who appears for the Basic Education Officer.
Bearing in mind the seriousness of the allegations which are levelled and which have been noted in the order of suspension of 13 November 2020, the Court expressed its disinclination to interfere with the same. Faced with that observation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for directions being framed for expeditious conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings which are contemplated.
Accordingly and in view of the aforesaid, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the Disciplinary Authority to endeavour to conclude proceedings with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order.
This order however shall be subject to the petitioner cooperating in the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings and not taking unnecessary adjournments.
