(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned Government Pleader Mr. PK Jani places on record communication dated 23rd April, 2012 from the Health and Family Welfare Department to the Secretary, Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board. It emerges that the Government has decided to make compassionate appointment of the applicant subject to outcome of the Letters Patent Appeal which the Government has filed against the decision of the learned Single Judge.
In view of such development, learned Counsel for the applicant does not press the present Miscellaneous Civil Application. This application stands disposed of as not pressed. Notice stands discharged.
