(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) The respondents have filed further affidavit dated 15th March, 2012. Along with such affidavit, they have produced Government Resolution dated 15th March, 2012 issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Gujarat. Learned Government Pleader Shri Prakash Jani appearing with learned AGP Ms. Moxa Thakkar took us through various provisions contained in the said Government Resolution to ensure proper compliance of the orders of the Court and to avoid instances of non compliance or delayed compliance of such orders.
With respect to the present application, learned Government Pleader pointed out that the State has filed Letters Patent Appeal against the decision of the learned Single Judge. In such appeal, in application for condonation of delay, Division Bench has issued rule returnable on 19th April, 2012.
