When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition in view of the subsequent developments, in case of necessity. The permission sought for is granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
