Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.G.A. j This is a cry of a wife alleging that her in-laws has kidnapped her husband. The marriage between petitioners were solemnized on 15.10.2014 and respondent nos.4 to 7 has forcibly taken away the corpus of petitioner no.2-Allaudeen and they are not even permitting to meet her husband. To this effect, a representation has also been made to S.S.P., Mau on 29.09.2018, copy of which is annexed as Annexure-3 to the petition but no action has been taken by the Authorities so far.
Under the circumstances, S.S.P., Mau is directed to make extensive investigation in the matter and decide the aforesaid representation/application by a well reason order within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, the present habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
