THIS CRL.P COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Perused the petition.
2. The petitioner has sought to quash C.C.No.462/2010 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate Family Court-III, Mysore.
3. Learned Addl. SPP submits that the said proceedings have been closed by the trial court by order dated 04.05.2018. In view of his submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. By order dated 10.02.2014, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial court to seek benefit of the acquittal granted to the other accused.
Hence, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2014 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
